Question 1 what are the types of speech in English language

Speech is the talking that human beings do by means of their voices, facial expressions, bodyly action and gestures, from immemorial till date speech has remained the most important means for human existence through speech man has been able to organize himself and his society. In speech the words are only labels for objects, actions, feelings, experiences and ideas and when the object is being described sentences have to be formed.

Types of speech
An information speech is a type of speech that teachs new information to an audience without any persuasion undertones. Its Sole purpose is to teach something to a group of people. information speech are the most common type of speeches, and pupil who give them might not even realize they are doing so for example a manager who is stand in front of his employees informing them of their closing tasks for the evening is technically giving in information speech seem only really teachers who stand at the front of the classroom and teach their students about various topics are also giving information speech on a more professional level speech given at science convention about the discovery of a new planet is an informative speech on a larger scale.

Persuasive speech
Speech is given to influence the way and audience fills about the speeches topic this type of speech is used in specific settings where the opinion of the audience is important to the speaker for example speech given at political release are often persuasive is speeches because they are used as a way of influencing the way a person votes another example might be an animal rights activists giving a speech to a group of meat eaters about the unhealthy nature of consuming meat.

Demonstrative Speech
Demonstrative speech is another type of speech date teaches and audience how to do something it is a sub gender of information speech in that it informs the listeners about the steps to successfully complete something. This often appears through training programs are instructional courses. For example When someone is training at a new job they are often talking in a variety of demonstrative speeches that teach them how to complete the job.

Entertaining Speech
An entertaining speech is the type of speech people most commonly come in content with during casual life. It is a speech designed to capture the attention of an audience and amuse them will delivery a message.

Special Occasion Speech
Special caution speeches are part of a bigger ceremony and do not server as the main event. Therefore they should be kept brief in almost all situations requireing them.

Uncountable noun
Uncountable nouns are substances, concepts etc that we cannot divide into separate elements. We cannot "count" them. For example we cannot count "milk". We can count "bottles of milk" or "literas of milk" , but we cannot count "milk" itself, here are some more uncountable nouns:
1) music , art , love, happiness 
2) advice , information, news 
3) furniture , luggage 
4) rice , sugar, butter, water
5)  electricity , gas , Power
6) money , currency
We usually treat uncountable nouns are as singular . we use a singular verb. for example :
1) this news is very important .
2) your luggage looks heavy .
3) a piece of news .
4) a bottle of water .
5) a grain of rice.

 what is meant by body language ?

Body language
Body language is the conscious and unconscience movments and postuers by which attitudes and feelings are communication . it is a type of non verbal communication in which parts of body substantiate the words in expressing or conveying information. such behaviour  includes facial expression, body posture  gestures , eye movments , touch and the use of space

Main communicative body language are -
1)  Eye contact .
2)  Body position .
3)  Gesture and movment.

Positive body language
Positive body language can be defined as the non verbal movments and gestures that are communicating  interest , enthusiasm , and positive reactions to what some else is saying.

Negative body language
Negative body language is either a conscious or an unconscious expression of negative feelings through movment of the body . A Verted eye contact can be an indicator that a person is un-comfortable, self - conscious or even laying. Crossed arms and signal defensiveness or disagreement  or resistance to your ideas.  A forced smile can mean insincerity . Such smiles can be differentiated from real smile which wrinkles the eyes. raised eye brows single discomfort and a  gritted jaw indicates stress. Exaggerated nodding signals nervousness about approval.

It is always advised to wolk with an erect postare and not to stoop. Yet, when in front of others a person always stops to talk and Converse with those around him. this is referred to as the "novel stoop" found  amongst the Em - perors, popes, kings and leaders. presenting one - self with the arms hanging in front and clasped over the belly is the sing of submission and servitude.

What are the basic rules for writing a covering letter ?

Cover letters are one page documents that you send with your resume when applying for a job. it is meant to provide additional information on your skills and experience .the letter provides detailed information on way you are qualified for the job you are applying for and therefore , the strong points to match employer's job requirements needs mention in the cover letter.

Each cover letters you  write should be customized to in include
1) which job you're applying for (include the job litle in your opening paragraph)
2) how you learned about the job.
3)  what are the relevant responsibilities that make you suitable for the job .
4) what you have to of offer to the employer and why you want to work at this specific company (match your skills and experiences with the skills and experiences required by the job). fill in places your resume cannot describe.
5) thank you for being considered for job. a good C.V is incomplete , without a good cover letter if you are applying for a job. it is a formal letter . it advocates your candidature for the post you applied for . it should be I neatly written or typed  on a single page.

Love you things to take care of
1)  In the first paragraph write the purpose of writing. which job you are applying for and how you come to know about it.
2) It the second paragraph write which job you are in right now. mertion the responsibilities . making it relevant to the post you are applying for.
3) how your selection can benefit the company should be the subject matter of the third paragraph.
4) say when you are available for the interview in the fourth paragraph.

Define motivation ?

Motivation is the word derived from the word 'Motive ' which means needs desires, wants or drives with in the individuals.
It is the process of stimulating people to actions to accomplish the goals.
In the work goal context the Psycho - logical factors stimulating The people's behaviour can be-
1) desire for money 
2) success 
3) recognition
4)  job - satisfaction
5)  team work ,etc
One of the most important functions of management is to create willingness amongst the employees to perform in the best of their abilities. therefore the role of a leader is to arouse interest in performance of employees in their jobs

The process of motivation consists of three stages
1) A feld need or drive.
2)  A stimulus in which needs have to be aroused.
3) when needs are satisfied,  the satisfaction or accomplishment of goals.
Therefore , we can say that motivation is a psychological phenomenon which means needs and wants of the individuals have to be talked by framing an incentive plan.
